Job Description
Job Title: 1:1 Pupil Support Worker / Teaching Assistant
Location: Belmont Secondary School, Rawtenstall, BB4 6RX
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday–Friday
Salary: £22,160.62 per annum (not pro rata)
Contract: Fixed Term – 12 months, Term Time Only
Start: July 2026

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, resilient and dedicated 1:1 Pupil Support Worker (PSW) to support a single student with social, emotional and mental health needs.
