Onsite – candidate expected to report to the assigned location full‑time. Key Responsibilities
Act as the designated 1st Class Chief Engineer for the site, ensuring plant utility and powerhouse operations comply with regulatory, safety, and operating requirements. Provide daily leadership and direction for powerhouse and facilities personnel, including communication with shift engineers and review of operating logbooks. Oversee plant operations and maintenance activities, review and prioritize maintenance work, and manage MAXIMO work orders. Coordinate daily operating reviews, start‑of‑shift meetings, SPQRCE reviews, and other routine operational meetings to maintain alignment on safety, quality, responsiveness, cost, and environmental performance. Support incident review, safety observation activity, housekeeping standards, and continuous development of GMS practices within the powerhouse/facilities area.
