Who are we looking for?
We are looking for candidates to lead work streams in strategy consulting engagements. You will own a portion of the customer problems and lead teams of Associates to solve them. Consultants work under the direction of a Case Manager and interact with customer teams, Dogma Alares Partners, and Senior Advisors daily.
Responsibilities
+ Own a portion of the customer problem, break down that problem into smaller pieces and organise the Associate team for analysis
+ Execute high-quality, fact-based analysis
+ Develop solutions to solve the customer problem and develop
+ Build analytical/financial models to support the recommendations
+ Support business development efforts from a content development perspective
+ Interview entry-level Associates and support the growth of talent in the company
+ Lead internal projects to make the firm a better and more competitive place
