Job Description
The Behavior Technician (BT) supports the delivery of educational and behavioral services to children and adults with special needs. This role involves working collaboratively with school staff and behavioral specialists to help individuals achieve their academic, social, and behavioral goals.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
+ Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
+ Current CPR certification, if applicable
+ TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray), if applicable
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
