24/7 Careline Operator - Tech-Enabled Home Care

We Manage Jobs(WMJobs) is seeking a Careline Operator for Birmingham City Council. You will provide essential support in a 24/7 Assistive Technology Enabled Care service, delivering care to around 9,000 citizens. This role is office-based with a rotating shift pattern, including nights and weekends.

The ideal candidate is creative, flexible, and resilient, aiming to assist vulnerable citizens during emergencies. Experience in technology-enabled care is a plus, but not mandatory.
