2D BIM Designer

A UK leading specialist in fully supported Hard Metal Roofing, Facades, Cladding Systems, and Flat Roofing is currently seeking a permanent 2D BIM Designer to oversee the design process for multiple projects, acting as a technical lead to ensure all proposals meet client expectations, budget constraints, and building legislation. Start Date : ASAP Salary : £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Hours : 08:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Friday) Contract : Permanent Location : Essex (Office Based) Key Responsibilities : Produce high-quality 2D AutoCAD construction drawings and design data. Manage the development of design proposals from architectural intent to construction solutions. Coordinate subcontractor drawings across various trades to ensure a cohesive design.
