**Location:** Bristol, PA
**Pay:** $23.50/hour
**2nd Shift** : Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
**About the Role**
We’re hiring **Work Area Leads** to support a busy production and packaging operation with a leading cosmetics manufacturer. In this role, you’ll help guide daily workflow, support the team on the floor, and make sure orders are processed safely, accurately, and on time.
If you’re someone who enjoys being hands-on, keeping things organized, and helping a team stay on track—this could be a great fit.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Lead day-to-day activities on the production floor
+ Assign team members to workstations and keep operations running smoothly
+ Monitor productivity and step in when support is needed
+ Train and coach employees on processes, safety, and quality standards
