Join our dynamic team as a 2nd shift Pharmacy Operations Manager at Walmart’s newest Central Fill Campus in Republic, Missouri opening up later this year. This is a unique opportunity to lead and optimize pharmacy operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. If you are passionate about driving operational excellence and enhancing patient satisfaction, this role is perfect for you.
This position requires onsite presence and does not offer remote work options. Candidates must be available to work a rotating schedule which will periodically include working Sundays and Saturdays. Candidate must be flexible to work outside rotation/shift with advance notice as needed for training and/or business operational needs.
