**Job Description**
This role involves performing hands-on assembly, soldering, inspection, and testing of electronic and mechanical components, including circuit boards and subassemblies in a production environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble electronic and mechanical components such as PCBs, modules, frames, cables, and small parts.
+ Perform SMT and PTH soldering, including rework and touch-ups.
+ Read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions.
+ Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks.
+ Support testing, troubleshooting, and rework of assemblies including prototypes.
+ Package finished products and assist with process improvements.
+ Operate PCB-related equipment including wave solder, solder fountain, and pinning machines.
+ Perform conformal coating, cleaning, potting, and testing processes.
