Responsibilities
The Field Service Technician 310T is responsible for acceptance and in-field service for bus deliveries to our customers. Assisting in warranty situations, completing retrofits, training and keep general customer liaison.Assist experienced technicians in diagnosing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining buses.Perform retrofit work while assisting suppliers in troubleshooting issues.Use various diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues.Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.Participate in training programs and courses to expand knowledge and skills in the field of heavy-duty vehicle maintenance.Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance performed.Communicate the status of assignm...
