3D Secure Implementation Specialist (5+ Years) | Remote| Shift support required for EU & APAC
We’re looking for an experienced 3D Secure (3DS) Implementation Specialist to manage end‑to‑end client onboarding, integrations, and operational support for global customers. If you have strong expertise in EMV 3DS , payments, authentication flows, and client delivery—this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
Lead 3DS client implementations, configuration, testing & go‑live support
Work closely with clients, 3DS suppliers & internal teams
Troubleshoot authentication issues and perform transaction analysis
Train clients on 3DS processes and supplier portals
Support migrations, service optimizations & operational initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation and project trackers
What We’re Looking For
5+ years’ experience in payments / EMV 3DS implementations
Deep understanding of 3DS standards, authentication flows & protocols
Strong client-facing and stakehold...
