Your new role
As Heavy
Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, you will take on a hands-on leadership
position overseeing a team of 4–6 mechanics and apprentices.
This is a working
supervisor role where you will be actively involved in diagnostics, repairs,
and maintenance while coordinating daily shop activities.
You will be
responsible for delegating work, supporting scheduling and planning, and
ensuring maintenance ispleted safely and efficiently.
