Design and implement curriculum aligned with CAIE IGCSE and A Level standards, ensuring students achieve excellent results. Develop personalized teaching plans to meet the learning needs and abilities of individual students. Provide high-quality teaching guidance to inspire students' interest in learning and academic enthusiasm. Regularly assess students' learning progress and communicate with parents and school management to devise strategies for improving student performance. Participate in school-related teaching activities and professional development training to continuously enhance teaching proficiency and professional competence. Three or more years of teaching experience in CAIE IGCSE and A Level with a track record of excellent student performance. Relevant major, Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Education, related disciplines, or Educational Psychology.
