Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned operations professional to support the Business Head in leading and executing plant operations for the Heat-Resistant Latex Rubber Thread business. The role involves driving production, quality, cost, delivery, and safety targets while ensuring compliance, process efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day manufacturing, production planning, quality assurance, cost optimization, supply chain coordination, and team leadership. The position also involves close collaboration with R&D, sales, and customers, along with oversight of budgets, KPIs, CAPEX projects, and statutory compliance.
Ideal candidates will have strong plant operations experience, P&L exposure, a track record of improving productivity and quality, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
