The Academy of Building Technology (ABT) is an innovative training program that combines targeted education with real-world work experience in the construction and building technology industry. Through a model similar to an apprenticeship program, students “learn while they earn,” gaining hands-on skills, industry knowledge, and mentorship while working. ABT focuses on practical, career-driven training that prepares students for in-demand roles and long-term success in the construction sector.
The Program Coordinator at the Academy of Building Technology (ABT) is responsible for the development, review, coordination, and delivery of hands-on training programs that support ABT’s “learn while you earn” model in the construction and building technology industry.
