Roles and Responsibilities
Contribute to design of research study proposals, frameworks, and methodologies
Develop and review quantitative and qualitative study tools (questionnaires, interview guides, etc.)
Support end-to-end implementation of quantitative and qualitative research studies
Train and mentor field teams on data collection protocols and tool
Coordinate with field teams to plan and monitor data collection activities
Track study progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
Manage datasets, including data cleaning, validation, and documentation
Conduct quantitative data analysis using software such as SPSS, STATA, or similar tools
Contribute to development of research outputs including abstracts, manuscripts, reports, fact sheets and policy briefs Support publication efforts, including drafting or contributing to peer- reviewed journal articles
