Job Description

Jobscope
•⁠ ⁠Assist in handling daily accounting (bookeeping, e-invoice, check documents, record data, etc.)
•⁠ ⁠Prepare and update invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and related documents
•⁠ ⁠Maintain proper documentation and an organized filing system
•⁠ ⁠Assist in correspondence, coordination, and follow-up with internal departments or external parties
•⁠ ⁠Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned
•⁠ ⁠Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
•⁠ ⁠Minimum SPM/ Diploma in Accounting or related field
•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge in accounting and administration
•⁠ ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL is an advantage)
•⁠ ⁠Able to work independently with strong attention to detail
•⁠ ⁠Good working attitude and willingness to learn
•⁠ ⁠Proactive, organised, and able to multitask effectively
