Account Coordinator
Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Duration: 12-Month Contract with potential extension
$22-$27/HR based on benefits
Orion Group is seeking an organized, proactive Account Coordinator to support the execution of integrated marketing and advertising projects within our pharmaceutical client’s fast-paced agency environment. This individual will serve as a key liaison between internal creative teams and client stakeholders, helping manage projects from initiation through completion while ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables remain on track.
