Job Description

We are providing turnkey engineering solutions for various special process like heat treatment, blasting, shotpeening, welding, waterjet, machining, CNC Automation, NDT systems and others in our product portfolio. We are currently seeking a competent Account cum Admin Assistanct to join our dedicated team to perform the following tasks within a busy working environment with office in the east side: Key Competencies Past experience highly desirable

Main Role & Responsibilities: To verify and process local / overseas payments and staff expenses.
To handle Simple Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
To handle variety of administrative tasks and perform procurements of general office supplies including maintenance of office equipments etc.
Generate monthly/weekly statement to customer<...
