Hiring: Bill Passing Executive Location: (Nagda (M.P) / SFD–EFD Unit) Grasim Industries Limited (Aditya Birla Group) We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to join our Finance team as a Bill Passing Executive . The role is critical in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing of vendor payments while maintaining strong coordination across functions. ✅ Key Responsibilities 1. Bill Passing & Payment (SFD & EFD) Ensure bill passing strictly as per PO terms & conditions Track and clear GR/IR open line items Timely adjustment of Debit/Credit Notes Ensure appropriate deduction of Retention/Security Follow up for PBG/ABG before advance release Coordinate for necessary PO amendments Prepare and process payment proposals twice a week within defined timelines 2.
