Responsibilities
- Represent the company to customers and act as the customer’s voice in sales-oriented activities.
- Generate existing and/or new sales for assigned accounts located in Northern Mexican states.
- Achieve direct legal quota and drive product and solution sales to current or new customers.
- Inform customers of new product introductions and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers.
- Create and revise lead generation plans.
- Develop and maintain customer satisfaction and proactive business opportunities.
- Determine and develop sales approaches to achieve quotas and strategies.
- Lead projects requiring coordination with other functions and organizations.
- Resolve a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent university degree.
