ADAM TECH is seeking an experienced Account Manager with a proven track record of achieving results through demand creation activities and providing exceptional customer service to their customers.In this role our Account Manager provide daily support through both proactive and reactive engagement with their key customers delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
·Efficiently and accurately manage, retain and grow company sales within assigned account base
·Provide responses in a timely manner to all customer requests, including but not limited to requests for quote, part recommendations, order processing, sample requests, return material authorization, design registrations and order status
·Enter system updates to capture opportunity details in the sales pipeline through Pipedrive (CRM)
