The base salary ranges from $58,915 to $81,008, with eligibility for an incentive target of $27,000.00 contingent upon achieving individual and company performance objectives. The pay range is a potential total compensation estimate and may vary based on location, experience and other factors.
Position Summary
Account Managers will produce positive sales growth for a specific geography or vertical market with an average of 40-45 current accounts and $2M in annual sales. Use Grainger's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Salesforce, for all daily business aspects. You will report to the District Sales Manager.
