The Account Manager is responsible for managing assigned customer accounts to drive revenue growth, protect profitability, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure effective commercial execution. This role serves as the primary business interface between the company and the customer, leading account strategy, pricing, collections, contract alignment, and customer engagement.
The Account Manager is expected to balance customer satisfaction with financial performance by managing growth opportunities, supporting new business development within existing accounts, overseeing collection performance, leading repricing efforts, and ensuring customer agreements and communication processes are effectively maintained.
