Account Manager

We are seeking a commercially driven Account Manager to grow and manage client relationships across the UAE and wider GCC region. This role combines new business development with account growth , requiring someone who can engage senior stakeholders, articulate value, and close opportunities across Market Research, Data Analytics, and SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, with a deep understanding of their business objectives and challenges.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Position Muhimma’s offerings—Market Research, Data Analytics, and SaaS Platform—by clearly demonstrating business value, insights, and ROI.
• Use HubSpot CRM to track client interactions, manage the sales cycle, and forecast revenue.
