- Work in autonomous cross‑functional pods that take long‑term ownership of each account.
- Drive commercial responsibility: identify growth opportunities, manage scope changes, and ensure project delivery meets expectations.

- Represent Aize in relevant forums, strengthen footprint, and actively contribute to growth strategy.
