Job Description
The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Understanding of local accounting GAAP requirements.
- Preparing a list of all local compliances with the help of consultant if required & ensuring compliance of the same.
- Getting the local books prepared including raising of customer invoices in local system, Intercompany invoices in local system, accounting of local vendor invoices, fixed assets, and provisions.
- Getting the payroll process with the help of consultant and ensuring timely payment of salary to employees including full and final settlement of employees.
- Ensuring payment of employee claims as processed by shared service team.
