Accountant

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining a full set of accounts including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
• Handle tax matters including the quarterly GST filing and corporate tax.
• preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Reconciling bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts
• Providing support for internal and external audits
• Prepare and submit staff annual income tax -IR8A
• Collaborating with the finance team and other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient financial practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a full-cycle accounting role, preferably in the construction industry
