Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books on accounts payable and receivable
- Process and reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage payroll and expense reports
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
