Expand your accounting skills as a bilingual Accounting Associate supporting operations and principles in an established corporate environment. This role involves accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general accounting tasks.
In this position, you will assist the corporate Accounting department by managing transactions, deposits, and the monthly close process. A solid understanding of bookkeeping principles is essential. You’ll communicate effectively with clients and vendors, ensuring accurate ledger entries and collaborating with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing
• Manage accounts payable payments and tasks
• Support bank transaction reviews and reconciliations
• Assist in managing prepaid expenses and accrued liabilities
• Verify accurate ledger entries across all accounts
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
