Job Description
We currently have a position available for an Accounting Clerk in our Accounting Department. This role will be located in our Edmonton office. Reporting to the Billing Manager, the successful candidate will be a driven, positive and customer focused individual. What You’ll Do:
- Answer phone calls from customers, brokers and other departments to address a variety of billing matters
- Timely processing of accounts receivable, including verification and posting of payments and refunds and ensuring they are recorded correctly
- Perform monthly broker account reconciliations ensuring timely and effective follow ups for overdue payments and transaction discrepancies
