- Accurately and timely input a high volume of financial transactions (e.g., invoices, receipts, journal entries, expense reports) into the accounting software and/or specific Excel spreadsheets.
- Verify the accuracy of data before and after entry by comparing it to source documents.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining digital and physical financial records to ensure they are easily retrievable.
- Perform basic data reconciliation tasks, such as comparing system data to bank statements or vendor invoices and highlighting any discrepancies for review.
- Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to all internal security procedures.
- Assist the accounting team with administrative tasks and other data‑related projects as needed.
- Generate simple reports from the accounting system or Excel as requested.
