Join us as an Accounting Expert handling full-cycle bookkeeping, where QuickBooks expertise is essential. This role offers a chance to manage invoicing, reconciliations, and payroll effectively.
You’ll engage in diverse accounting tasks, ensuring accurate records through the Member Management System and QuickBooks. Your responsibilities will include preparing monthly income statements, administering group benefits, and facilitating the transition from QuickBooks Desktop to Online. You'll also support innovative workflow improvements to enhance our accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping, focusing on accounts receivable and payable
• Oversee payroll administration through PayWorks
• Generate monthly financial statements and assist with HST
• Collaborate with auditors during annual financial audits
• Implement data-driven changes in accounting workflows
