Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment processing.
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff for professional growth.
• Coordinate annual audits and assist in tax preparations.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, CPA or non-CPA
• Experience Level: minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing companies.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in overall tax, general accounting, accounts receivable/payable, and tax reporting.
