Job Title: Accounting Supervisor / Accounting Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily accounting operations and financial reporting
- Manage budgets, audits, and cash flow
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Lead and mentor the accounting team
- Coordinate with management for financial planning and analysis
- Handle confidential information with integrity
- Act as the company’s representative when dealing with government agencies, clients, and partners, maintaining a respectful, courteous, and professional image at all times
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management
