Overview
Job Purpose: Oversees General Accounting operations within the Finance and Accounting Department in the Laguna plant, ensuring all transactions are accurately and timely recorded, reviewed, approved and translated into Accounting records for the preparation of financial statements and other reportorial requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform daily supervision of General Accounting activities, such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Costing and Inventory;
- Oversee monthly Inventory Audit activities, ensuring integrity in the records of movement of goods in and out of the plant warehouses;
- Examine / Audit transactions and records to confirm accuracy and integrity, and review and recommend controls to ensure reliability and data integrity;
