Accounting Supervisor

• Supervise the three accounting teams (MB, Gripen and Training Center) from their daily tasks up to posting of entries in MS Navision
• Assist the FD in the preparation of financial statements & other necessary reports
• Responsible in training new accounting staff
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications/Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, financial reporting standards, and internal controls
• Proficient in financial systems (ERP, MS Navision, SAP, QuickBooks, or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City, Metro Manila
