As an essential member of our finance and accounting team, you will manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring the Three-Way Match principle is followed for financial integrity. Support the Senior Office Administrator in operations across Regina, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, and Thunder Bay, propelling our organization’s success.

• Code vendor invoices and process customer payments
• Manage inventory costs and monthly branch transfers
• Prepare documentation for customer credit applications
• Organize vital paperwork for the branch operations
