Legrand has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join the Power Bus Way Team in Mississauga, ON . The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for processing and managing invoices and payments to suppliers.

What Will You Do?

• Review and verify invoices for accuracy (like tax, currency, name), completeness, and compliance with company policies.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents to ensure proper authorization and documentation (3‑way matching).
• Process payments to vendors via various methods, ACH, and wires.
• Recording of expenses and payment processing for credit cards.
• Address vendor inquiries regarding payment status and resolve billing discrepancies professionally.
