Herbalife is seeking talent with the following profile: Accounts Payable Analyst Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or a related field Intermediate Excel skills Proficiency in an administrative system: Oracle or SAP 2 years o more of experience bank account reconciliations, invoices, vendor support, AP processes Intermediate to advanced English (verbal, reading, and writing) is a must Skills Teamwork Customer and vendor support Process monitoring Activities Recorded and validated invoices from assigned countries to ensure correct and timely payments. Made payments in accordance with company policies and procedures. Received, reviewed, and validated purchase orders and receipts to compare them with supplier invoices. Review service/product authorizations according to the company. Make daily transfers from the Accounts Payable module to the General Ledger module to analyze accounts payable.
