Job Description

The Company

Our client is a fast-scaling, high growth business in the facilities/maintenance services business.

The Role
Lead and develop a small team of Accounts Payable Officers both in Australia and overseas.
Manage the document capture queue and AP email account.
Responsibility for allocation of tasks ensuring supplier invoices and supplier statements are processed accurately and efficiently.
Support the management of cash flow, working closely with the Financial Controller.
Assist with the implementation of new ERP system, working across the business with various departments, finance and suppliers.
Develop and enforce AP policies, controls and procedures
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
