Accounts Payable Representative

About this Role:

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Representative (Remote) to manage invoices and vendor payments for our property management client. The role includes ensuring accurate expense coding, reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies, preparing reports, and supporting month-end/year-end closings. Strong attention to detail, client coordination, and vendor relationship management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process incoming invoices related to property management operations.
• Ensure proper coding of invoices and allocate expenses to the correct property accounts.
• Verify vendor details and ensure payments are made per agreed terms.
• Reconcile accounts payable with the general ledger.
