Job Description:
- Obtains, validates, analyzes, and documents accurate and timely financial and billing information to support non-meter billing processes, with a primary focus on collections for construction projects and other non-electricity invoices.
- Leads collections for miscellaneous and project-based invoices, including construction projects, capital contributions, generation projects, and lease agreements, ensuring timely follow-up, issue resolution, and recovery of outstanding receivables.
- Investigates and resolves billing, invoicing, coding, and payment issues across multiple systems, performing corrective actions to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and integrity.
- Prepares documentation for external collection agencies and performs write-off recommendations.
