Role Overview

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate billing, cash application, and collections. This role is responsible for supervising AR staff, driving process improvements, and maintaining strong customer relationships while meeting company cash flow and DSO goals. The AR Supervisor brings a strong understanding of accounting principles, B2B collections, and customer service, along with proven leadership and problem-solving skills. This position reports to the Billing & Collections Manager.
