Activity Coordinator – Sandhills Court Care Home, Exeter Road, Scunthorpe DN15 7AS

Contract & Hours
Permanent full‑time contract. Rota will include alternate weekends.
Salary
£12.75 – £13.75 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Run morning and afternoon activity sessions for residents.
- Produce and update an activity planner within the agreed budget.
- Organise birthday celebrations and one‑to‑one activities such as reminiscence sessions, puzzles, reading, or tea and chat.
- Co‑ordinate external companies and performers for days out and events.
- Support the home’s social media channels as required.
