JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Ensures efficient office administration procedures.
•Ensures proper procurement process and procedures are followed as per the policy of the company.
•Improves administrative procedures and ensures compliance.
•Responsible for organizing and safekeeping of Admin documents.
•Coordinating operational office systems.
•Requisitions and maintaining general office supplies and/or other services through appropriate channels.
•Keep up to date inventory of all assets of the company with regular physical verification.
•Prepare and monitors cash advances and validates liquidation.
•Arranging and coordinating for travel, conferences, and other such activities for the employees and sister company employees.
•Assist in preparation of payment for utility bills and other corporate billings.
•Communicating administrative and facility needs and concerns to HR and Operations.
•Prepares requirements for Government permits...
