Job Description
The Admin Assistant plays a key support role within the Admin Department, managing a variety of administrative functions and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate company documentation, supporting interdepartmental communication, and assisting with the organization's day-to-day administrative needs. A strong attention to detail, familiarity with company products, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. The Admin Assistant also supports property related activities, such as assisting with condo unit inspections and client viewings in partnership with the Quality Assurance Officer. As needed, this role may also perform driving duties for company-related transport requirements.
Job Qualifications
