Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for general office administration.
- Prepare & manage order fulfillment (e.g. sales order, purchase order, quotations, invoices, delivery order, etc.).
- Reviewing the accuracy of data entry and documentation when checking for delivery and purchasing orders.
- Run the necessary reports of the company’s progress.
- Handle all incoming calls, emails, memorandums, faxes and redirect them to the related parties.
Requirements
- Prior calibration knowledge is an added advantage.
- Minimum certification is SPM.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work honestly and with integrity.
