Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organizing files, preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and assisting the students and Instructors.
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Organize and maintain student records
- Update internal databases for students or trainees
- Answer student/trainee queries and forward them to the HR department as needed
- Retrieve company and employee data, as requested
- Check office supply stock and place orders when needed
- Prepare conference rooms (e.g. make reservations and check equipment)
- Distribute company materials to employees, student/trainees (e.g. brochures, announcements and safety guidelines)
- Manage the filing, storage and security of documents in site.
- Supervises all admin, function at the site office including recruitment, completion of employment requirements, ID, etc.
