Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for ongoing construction projects;
- Maintain proper filing, documentation, and construction project records;
- Handle data entry and update construction project databases;
- Prepare basic costing and assist in price calculations;
- Coordinate with team members, suppliers, and management;
- Track project progress and assist with scheduling;
- Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries;
- Assist in preparing reports, quotations, invoices, and other administrative documents;
- Maintain office supplies and ensure proper office organization;
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and support daily office operations;
- Ensure accurate record keeping and proper document control;
- Handle ad-hoc and assigned tasks as required.
